Christmas has finally arrived! I know it’s still one week until Christmas Day, but trust me—Christmas is here. Christmas is here because Jesus is here. The baby born in the manger is our Savior, and He has never left us or forsaken us. Christmas is here every day of every year.

I invite you to join us here at East Side as we celebrate Christmas together on Sunday, December 21, at 9:15 and 10:45AM, as well as on Christmas Eve at 6:00 pm. Each gathering will be filled with the music of the season, teaching from God’s Word, and the lighting of our Advent lamps. Christmas Eve will also include Communion at the altars and candle lighting as we join together hundreds of voices singing “Silent Night.” It is a wonderful sound to hear and a beautiful sight to see.

On December 28, we will have one service at 10:45 to allow everyone a little more time with family and friends as the holiday weekend winds down. That Sunday after Christmas, we will also be launching a new sermon series entitled Renew, Redeem, Rebuild. As we leave 2025 and lean into 2026, we believe God has a plan to renew, redeem, and rebuild our individual lives, our families, and our world. I encourage you to include worship in your plans for the New Year.
