This year marks an amazing milestone for East Side Church of God! We are celebrating 75 years of sharing the Hope of Jesus here in our community and around the world. As a church family, we look back with full hearts at God's incredible faithfulness to us. We are so grateful for every opportunity He has given us to make a real difference in people's lives near and far.

To honor this journey, we initially planned to gather together for dedicated times of prayer. Our goal was simple: to express our deep thankfulness for God's constant faithfulness and to seek His guidance and wisdom as we look forward to serving Him for the next 75 years.

However, we know that true hope meets people right where they are. In light of the recent historic flooding that has caused so much heartbreak and loss, we need to pivot.

​

While we will still give thanks, we are shifting the heart of our prayer time to focus directly on our city and surrounding communities. Our neighbors need comfort, strength, and hope right now. We want to lift up everyone affected by this disaster and ask God to bring healing and help to our city and the surrounding communities.

Please join us on Wednesday nights in September as we link arms to pray for our future and our community. We gather in The Connecting Place at 6:00 PM to prayer walk around our campus or to pray as a group in the worship center.

 

Come as a family, on your own, or with a friend. Together we can be a beacon of hope when our city needs it most.
